The Hudson Valley Garlic Festival (#1 Regional Food Festival in the US -- USA Today) kicks off its 20th season Sept. 27th & 28th in Saugerties, NY. The brain child of cookbook author, Pat Reppert, this joyous festival, now sponsored by the Saugerties Kiwanis Club, packs in 10s of thousands of garlic lovers, who come for great food, music, dance, camaraderie & fun, plus tons of gourmet garlic. All proceeds go to worthwhile community needs.
